Couch to 5K

Couch to 5K is a gentle introduction to getting the body moving, starting off alternating between walking and running small distances, and slowly building up until after 9 weeks, you're ready to run 5 kilometers or 30 minutes non-stop.  This program also works if you just want to walk.

  • Our own 5K will be Sunday afternoon, November 1 on the B&O Trail.

Registration will open up July 2026

* We will use the Zen Labs app for C25K.  You do not have to purchase the app, but an option if you helpful to track your workouts and intervals.
