Pi(e) Day

Calling all those who love baking to make FULL-SIZED, homemade pies! We need pies for the extraordinary teachers who help shape the lives of our children here in Brownsburg and Avon. Are you willing to get out those family pie recipes and start baking?

PICK UP: Pick up your pie box in the lobby starting February 19/20.

DROP OFF: Pies can be dropped off in the lobby March 12/13.

SERVE: We also have plenty of opportunities for you to help us for delivery day. Come help us sort pies or deliver them to teachers. Click the button below to sign up!

SAFETY NOTICE: Due to school’s limited ability to refrigerate pies after delivery, we are asking all pie makers to avoid baking pies that require refrigeration. This would include cream pies, pumpkin pies, custard pies, etc. Here is a list of pies and recipes we’d recommend.

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITY: At Connection Pointe we love our teachers! But we also love our neighbors. If you feel compelled to also bake a pie for a neighbor, pick up an extra box and use pie day as an opportunity to meet or strengthen a relationship with your neighbor. We know connecting with a neighbor you don’t know or haven’t spoken to in a while can feel intimidating. Here is a practical guide for engaging with your neighbor well.
